Are visitor’s temperature checked before entering the office?

No. Our work is collaborative in so many ways. And that collaboration includes our visitors. In order for that to happen, we have to have a certain amount of trust in our visitors. We trust that if they are sick, they will reschedule an in-person meeting or replace it with a virtual one.
